About
The yoga of well-being.
I am a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over ten years of practice, trained at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram across 900 hours of teacher training and 900+ hours of advanced therapeutic study. I offer yoga for fitness and personalised yoga therapy in the Viniyoga tradition, each practice shaped entirely around the person.
The Path
My journey.
What started as a path to recovery gradually transformed into a deeply enriching experience of self-discovery and inner balance.
My yoga journey began over a decade ago when I first stepped into a therapy consultation seeking healing. Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on my well-being, I felt called to study and share this wisdom.
I went on to complete my Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapist Training at Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, a rigorous, years-long immersion spanning therapeutics, anatomy, Ayurveda, psychology, and philosophy. This breadth of study shaped the way I work: not as a teacher delivering a fixed method, but as someone who listens first.
Over the years, my practice has grown to include yoga for fitness and one-on-one therapy, shaped around the full range of life's demands, supporting mobility, managing pain, and building the capacity for emotional regulation. What unites all of it is the same conviction: yoga must begin with the person in front of you.
“It is not that the person needs to accommodate themselves to yoga, but rather the yoga practice must be tailored to fit each person.”
The Tradition
Viniyoga.
Viniyoga is a traditional approach to yoga that emphasises the individualisation of practice. It adapts the tools of yoga to suit the unique needs, abilities, and goals of each person. Whether that person is recovering from injury, managing a health condition, or simply seeking steadiness in daily life.
Viniyoga is not defined by how a posture looks, but by how it is practised and experienced. The focus is on creating a practice that is safe, meaningful, and transformative.
At its core
Start where you are.
Respect the present condition of body, breath, and mind, and allow the practice to evolve gradually over time.

Individualised practice
Each practice is tailored to the person’s age, health, lifestyle, and aspirations. What is appropriate for one individual may not be suitable for another.
Breath-centred approach
The breath plays a central role in guiding movement and deepening awareness. Coordinating breath with movement helps harmonise body and mind.
Holistic integration
Viniyoga integrates asana, pranayama, meditation, and mindful living, supporting overall well-being.
Progressive and adaptive
Practices are designed step-by-step and evolve as the individual grows, ensuring sustainability and long-term benefits.
Therapeutic application
Rooted in the teachings of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, Viniyoga is widely known for its therapeutic approach: yoga as a means to restore balance.
In essence
Viniyoga is not a style, but a method of applying yoga intelligently and compassionately. It honours the uniqueness of each person and offers a pathway toward balance, clarity, and transformation.
